I called 2 other companies to service my gas furnace.  Minor issue.  One companybwouldnt take my information and the other never called back.  Referred to Yankee Oil (Total Energy) spoke with someone and they fit me in within a week.  Excellent service and excellent prices. Such a great company! I needed a new oil tank, reached out to three different companies. I selected Yankee Oil due to the professionalism, knowledge and kindness that they demonstrated, and they beat everyone else’s price! Customer service - Tania was great to deal with, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Sent me all of the documents I needed for the tank contract and additional services I was interested in, within an hour of speaking to her. She is very resourceful when it comes to finding resolutions to issues and she kept me updated regarding the process for the services I was interested in. Service - Rob, came out to provide me with an estimate for my oil tank replacement and I knew immediately what I was going to select Yankee Oil. I have an old house with a stone foundation and dirt basement. He never complained about the basement or offered work arounds to doing the job right, to make his job easier.  He looked at the job and explained to me how they would go about it, pulled town permits and did the job the right way, which wasn’t the easiest way. Installation - nicest crew I’ve ever had do work in my house. Not only did they do a great job and are true professionals in their trade, they were kind to each other, worked as a team, they said please and thank you to each other and they laughed when faced with challenging situations and worked their way through it together. I look forward to working with Yankee Oil in the future, through my new service contract with them for my oil furnace and automatic oil deliveries and propane deliveries and services for my propane furnace. I was referred to Yankee Oil by a family member and I am so grateful to have them in my life!! I highly recommend them for all your heating/cooling needs!!
